How do I reserve my glamping experience?
Please fill out the form on our Reserve Now page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If it has been more than 1 business day since you first filled out the form and you have still not received a response, please email us. We may have been unable to reach you due to typos in the email address or phone number.
Next, we'll send over a detailed invoice and a request for an e-signature on our liability waiver. When that invoice is paid in full, your date is reserved, but we will need to have the waiver signed before we are able to set up your glamping experience.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Once we finalize the details with you, we will send you an invoice for the full cost. It will give you the option to pay with a credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
We also accept cryptocurrency. If you would like to pay with cryptocurrency, please let us know when you submit your reservation so we can apply the appropriate discounts. We currently offer a 10% discount when paying with Monero or 
Litecoin. We also accept Bitcoin and Ethereum but do not offer a discount for them due to network fees.
Can I request a different number of beds than what is listed?
Yes. We list each layout at the maximum amount of beds that fit comfortably in the tent, but that number is not set in stone. If you would like fewer beds, let us know and we'll include a discount for the beds you don't need. We can also fit one or two more twin beds into each layout, but it will be a little tighter in there. If you're okay with that and would like extra beds, tell us in the reserve form and we'll provide an updated quote if we have the beds available.
What if it rains?
Our tents are waterproof and hold up just fine in the rain and wind. However, we understand that a forecast of heavy rain may not be ideal for your experience. If heavy rain is forecasted, we'll work with you to reschedule your rental for another night.
Do I get to keep the addons I order?
Anything that is disposable is yours to keep. Things like the portable campfire, Polaroid film, the s'mores kit, balloons, etc., can be kept after your reservation is over. However, anything reusable will just be available for your use during your reserved date(s). This means things like the Polaroid camera, projector setup, low picnic table, and yard games are only rented, and will be picked up after your reservation is over.
Are there additional charges?
We strive to give you the most straightforward pricing that we can. The Reserve form is a great way to get an idea of what your experience will cost, but it can't account for everything. Things like customizations, deliveries outside of our free delivery radius, and taxes have to be added manually. So we'll send a detailed invoice over before you confirm your reservation just to make sure we're all on the same page.
How far do you deliver?
Delivery is included in our prices for all reservations up to 30 miles from Lebanon, PA. We deliver to Lancaster, Hershey, Lititz, Ephrata, Harrisburg, and more without any additional cost. If you are outside of that range, let us know and we'll be happy to work with you on pricing.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days from your reserved date. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled date will either receive a 25% refund, or we will work with you to reschedule on a date that works for you.
Do you deliver to places other than backyards?
Yes. We are happy to deliver to parks, venues, and campgrounds as well. We will just need to verify that permission was given by the owners of the location ahead of time.
How many people can your tent accommodate?
Our layout with the most beds is the Sleepover which includes 5 twin beds. However, if you want to provide your own bedding, the Lounge allows for 6 to 8 sleeping bags.
How much space does it need?
The tent needs at least 20x20 feet of flat ground that we can put stakes into. We can accommodate stakeless setups, but it requires an additional fee as we have to bring more and heavier equipment to keep the tent in place. The inside floor of the tent is a 16.4ft circle. Our queen bed is a standard 60x80 inches, and our junior twins are 28x63 inches. The indoor glamping set up with all 5 beds and tents has a footprint of about 15x5.5ft if all beds are lined up next to each other.
